Sequence Park will see the development of a hyperscale Data Centre which will power everything from everyday digital activities to quantum computing processes, artificial intelligence applications and other ground-breaking industries of the future
Vision for the Park
The proposed buildings, materials and layout of Sequence Park have been designed to integrate with the local landscape and minimise visual impact, while maximising its positive contributions to the economy and community
The majority of the site will form a new publicly accessible semi-natural green space equivalent in size to 5 football pitches – located less than 1km from the centre of Uxbridge, and only 500m from an area of particularly low open space accessibility
The accessible landscape will provide the community with a new recreational space that is larger in size than the town’s own Fassnidge Park giving local residents greater contact with nature
